Go Card

The Go Card may be used at any participating Go Auto dealership. The Go Card must be presented at time of purchase and only one discount per person, per visit will be accepted.
This Card may be not used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or special prizes.
If your Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, we can replace it for you but you must be able to prove your identity and the Card holder's identity match.
Go Auto shall not be held accountable for any redemption of rewards or funds made without the owner's consent. Go Auto reserves the right to correct any transactions made in error.
Go Auto reserves the right to terminate a Card at any time due to suspected misuse. Go Card promotional dollars cannot be converted to cash.

Go Card Preferred Partner

The Preferred Partner Card is exclusive to businesses and organizations that have joined the Go Auto Partner Program.
The Preferred Partner Card may be used at any participating Go Auto dealership — some conditions apply, please see in-store for details.
The Preferred Partner Card must be presented at time of price negotiation and only one discount per person, per visit will be accepted.
This Card may be not used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or special prizes.
The Card holder is responsible for all transactions on the Card and the Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

30-Day Exchange Policy

Vehicle can only be exchanged in the event of major mechanical problems. A single exchange per client is permitted at all participating Go Auto Dealerships. The guarantee runs for 30 days or 1,700kms, whichever comes first, starting on delivery date.

The vehicle must be of equal or greater value (with a payment to cover the difference). In the event of an exchange, any equipment that has been added to the vehicle can be moved to the new vehicle at the customer's expense. If it cannot be moved, the equipment is non-refundable.

The exchanged vehicle must be returned in the same apparent condition and state it was in upon delivery. The vehicle exchange program cannot be assigned, transferred or sold, in whole or in part. The exchanged vehicle must first be inspected by Go Auto.

The exchange program does not apply to Second Chance Credit and alternative financing clients. The exchange program applies to all Go Auto Dealerships, and to all purchases made after June 1, 2008.

Exclusions:

Vehicles that have been damaged by the customer or anyone else
Commercial vehicles
Vehicles that have been modified or altered by the customer or someone else, in any way whatsoever
Vehicles that have been repaired without Go Auto's prior authorization

3 Month / 5000 km Warranty Policy

Eligibility Requirements

All used vehicles th at are current plus 9 model years, with up to 160,000 odometer kilometers at time of sale.

The following are the only vehicles exempt from the 3/5 certified plan based coverage:

Vehicles with greater than 160,000kms or older than current + nine model years
Vehicles sold “As is” on which no reconditioning was preformed
Vehicles otherwise ineligible for FCPP coverage (commercial use, modified, etc.)

This policy does not provide bodily injury and property damage liabilities or any other coverage for which a specific premium charge is not made. The benefits may duplicate express manufacturers' or sellers warranties and/or implied warranties that come with the vehicle purchases, but this policy only provides coverage in excess of such warranties regardless of whether or not such warranties are honored.
